Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with 0 – 2 years of position related experience, or equivalent combo of education and experience level
Experience: Candidates should have Prior successful industry customer service experience and/or a proven track record of accomplishments in working in an environment servicing internal and external customers

  • The candidates should be demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with special focus on Excel and Word

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to act as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolving any emerging problems that customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
  • The candidates should be able to act as an advocate for both the customer and for Bunge, ensuring that customer needs are handled in an efficient and profitable fashion
  • The candidates should be able to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • The candidates should be able to support excellent customer experiences by coordinating shipment and order changes based on delivery window, inventory availability, and fill rate requirements set by the customer
  • The candidates should be able to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • The candidates should be able to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, creating a connection and developing a rapport with every customer to provide outstanding, personal service
  • The candidates should be able to serve as a main point of contact and liaison between the customer and internal groups such as the Commercial, Operations, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams
  • The candidates should be able to assist the Customer Service Supervisor with escalations to resolve operational and customer issues
  • The candidates should be able to complete bi-monthly check-ins with customers, focusing on the improvement of the customer experience
  • The candidates should be able to monitor complaint entry into CRM for accuracy and respond to complaints ensuring a timely response to the customer
  • The candidates should be able to travel as necessary to Bunge facilities and customer meetings
