Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Post secondary education in a finance and business
Experience: Candidates should have 1+ years of accounting or finance experience, ERP environment experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • The candidates should possess strong communications and interpersonal skills and advanced Excel skills
  • The candidates should have experience with cost accounting, budgeting, and internal controls

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to perform month-end activities including accruals, allocations and adjusting entries
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reporting for Inventory, Freight and Storage reviews and various cost trackers
  • The candidates should be able to review and analyze variances and report on significant issues
  • The candidates should be able to support annual budget and forecast processes including updating templates and interacting with business leaders to obtain their inputs
  • The candidates should be able to maintain freight and storage pricing in SAP and act as a key point of contact for any related questions, collaborating closely with commercial teams on distribution estimates
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and publish weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure their accuracy
  • The candidates should be able to process and analyze customer distribution allowances and investigate all variances
  • The candidates should be able to reconcile and balance Finished Goods inventories in SAP, prepare assigned balance sheets, and investigate and rectify any discrepancies
  • The candidates should be able to provide Ad Hoc reporting and support requests from various areas of the business
  • The candidates should be able to provide support in various analytical initiatives and cost-saving projects
