Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to source and contract for IT-related purchases, including software (SaaS or Cloud), hardware, managed services, and consulting services of low to medium complexity
- The candidates should be able to lead the sourcing and contracting process for low to medium complexity tasks, including vendor investigation, developing sourcing strategy, bid solicitation, negotiating contract pricing, commercial terms and conditions, and completing all IT Procurement-related sourcing and contract documentation for varying types of IT-related contracts with new and existing vendors
- The candidates should be able to facilitate the contracting process with internal and external legal counsel following compliance review processes Security, bank compliance, Tax and Privacy
- The candidates should be able to work collaboratively with all business areas and the IT organization to contract solutions that successfully meet business priorities, acting as the liaison between the internal business units and external vendors
- The candidates should be able to contribute to, and demonstrate, the value of IT Procurement services for each project, working with the objective of increasing the use of IT Procurement services, ensuring that the IT Procurement Lifecycle is followed, and industry practices are introduced throughout the project lifecycle
- The candidates should be able to work with the IT teams to ensure contract terms, Service Level Agreements, and escalations are understood throughout the sourcing or contracting phase
- The candidates should be able to identify and execute opportunities for procurement cost reduction and value-added services
- The candidates should be able to support ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required, including the development of vendor portfolios
