Experience: Candidates should have at least five years of previous retail management experience

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to maintain store standards to optimize the customer experience, drive traffic, and enhance store profitability, collaborate with the management team to ensure store standards are upheld 100% of the time, including backroom organization
- The candidates should be able to manage labor scheduling and utilize Workforce Management (WFM) tools to maximize productivity, ensure staffing levels are sufficient to effectively operate the business
- The candidates should be able to comply with Human Resources standards and policies, hire and support hiring efforts for all departments, excluding the pharmacy
- The candidates should be able to maintain wage administration in accordance with SLPH guidelines, conduct probationary reviews for new hires and annual staff performance evaluations
- The candidates should be able to manage staff performance through ongoing coaching, action planning, and regular follow-ups
- The candidates should be able to drive Blue Culture engagement and lead by example through adherence to core company values
