Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to drive change
- The candidates should be able to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program
- The candidates should have the ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures, ensuring the store is presentable, and that all products are in stock
- The candidates should have the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
- The candidates should have a desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity

- The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities
