Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years’
Computer and technology knowledge:Â Database software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word
Sales experience:Â Call centre
Security and safety:Â Driver’s validity licence check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines
- The candidates should be willing to for overtime
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp area, noisy area, odours, outdoors, hot area, dusty area, and cold/refrigerated area
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be punctual, client focus, organized, flexible, and reliable
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to access and process information, address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to answer inquiries and provide information to customers
- The candidates should be able to arrange for billing for services
- The candidates should be able to explain the type and cost of services offered
- The candidates should be able to issue receipts and other forms, maintain records and statistics
- The candidates should be able to perform general office duties, receive payments
- The candidates should be able to receive and log complaints
