Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines for efficient workflow, schedule and confirm appointments, demonstrating effective time management
  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay calls and messages with professionalism and courtesy, respond to electronic inquiries promptly and accurately
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information for reporting purposes, order office supplies, and maintain inventory to ensure smooth operations
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other materials, coordinating the flow of information, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems for easy retrieval of data
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to maintain accuracy and professionalism
