Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3-4 years of outside sales experience (B2B)

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have outstanding presentation skills, communication, and relationship-building abilities
  • The candidates should be highly self-motivated with attention to detail, be willing to travel three days a week

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience selling to the C-Suite

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to ensure consistent hunting/prospecting to net new businesses by leveraging best-practice strategies in order to exceed individual sales quotas
  • The candidates should be able to visit customers to develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • The candidates should be able to manage accounts with an outcome of increased customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth
  • The candidates should be able to develop, prepare, and execute formal presentations tailored to meet potential and existing customers’
  • The candidates should be able to grow revenue and execute on their business plan in coordination with other business units, including Inside Sales, Airfreight, Trade Networks, and Global Accounts
