Work setting: Willing to relocate and experience in information technology (IT) consulting, advertising, marketing, and public relations agency

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs and MS Office

  • The candidates should demonstrate keen attention to detail and handle repetitive tasks efficiently

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events effectively, assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful completion, and determine and establish office procedures and routines for efficient operation
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments accurately and promptly, manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions, and answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and courteously
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner, compile data, statistics, and other information accurately and efficiently, and order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas courteously and efficiently, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, and co-ordinate the flow of information effectively
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems accurately and efficiently, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents accurately, and conduct research on various topics as required
  • The candidates should be able to perform data entry accurately and efficiently, provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, and work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field effectively
  • The candidates should be able to perform basic bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and assistance
