Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask and exhibit flexibility in their approach to work.
    The candidates should be organized and accurate in their work, prioritizing client needs

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position


  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be capable of scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic inquiries, and relaying messages
  • The candidates should be proficient in office management tasks such as ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, greeting people, and directing them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be skilled in setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, as well as typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents
