Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure and meet tight deadlines as required.

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should maintain organization in their work methods and responsibilities and demonstrate reliability in fulfilling their duties and commitments
  • The candidates should possess the ability to multitask efficiently and exhibit effective time management skills
  • The candidates should be team players, fostering effective collaboration with colleagues

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • The candidates should be able to co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services, assist in the preparation of the operating budget, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • The candidates should be able to assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, perform data entry, and train staff
  • The candidates should be able to oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and resolve conflict situations
