Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Other Requirements:

The candidates should be excellent in oral communication and organized, as well as reliable
The candidates should be a team player and possess excellent oral communication skills
The candidates should be reliable and organized, demonstrating strong oral communication skills and a team player mentality

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including balancing cash, completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
The candidates should be able to enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations while ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, monitor revenues, modify procedures and prices, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
The candidates should be able to develop, implement, and analyze budgets, participate in marketing plans and implementation, and set staff work schedules while monitoring staff performance
The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide customer service, as well as recruit, train, and supervise staff
