Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees and demonstrate strength in maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- The candidates should assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs and be competent in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program
- The candidates should maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and fully stocked
- The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and possess proficient computer knowledge, with Microsoft Word and Excel
- The candidates should have or GED, preferred but not required for those with at least one year of retail management experience
- The candidates should hold a valid driver’s license from their state of residence and maintain automotive liability insurance during employment
