Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge:Â MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Project, MACÂ
Credentials: Membership in the Canadian Bar Association
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and handle a large workload while maintaining attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work overtime when required

- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and demonstrate flexibility and initiative

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to advise clients on legal rights and related matters, perform administrative and management functions, and represent corporations or employers in legal affairs
- The candidates should be able to plead cases before courts, tribunals, and boards (lawyers only), draft legal documents and government bills, and offer mediation, conciliation, and arbitration services
- The candidates should be able to administer budgets, recruit and hire staff, and supervise professional, para-legal, and support staff, including articling students
- The candidates should be able to teach law courses, conduct workshops, research legal precedents, provide public education seminars, and write and edit for legal publications
