Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be at least 16 years old and possess a valid Security Guard License
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to ensure store security by conducting daily patrols, validating that doors and showcases are secure and functioning properly make external arrests
- The candidates should be able to investigate instances of financial and physical shrink and communicate findings to Store Leadership, and in internal cases, report to the Market Loss Prevention Manager first
- The candidates should be able to support store evacuation procedures in case of fire or other emergencies, participate in store task team responsibilities
- The candidates should be able to conduct and support investigations, including internal theft, dishonesty, external organized retail crime, and cases assigned through Walmart Canada Global Ethics, in a timely and thorough manner while adhering to company policies
- The candidates should be able to communicate information from various sources effectively, clarifying issues for others while presenting different perspectives
- The candidates should be able to take on additional responsibilities as needed based on company requirements
