Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 15 to 30 hours per week
Employment Type: Casual employment Part time
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Morning
Work setting: Spa service
Supervision: Customer service clerk

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Vietnamese
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
  • The candidates should exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, effectively conveying information, ideas, and producing clear and concise written materials
  • The candidates should be flexible and organized, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining efficient systems and workflows
  • The candidates should be reliable team players, consistently meeting expectations, fulfilling obligations, and collaborating effectively with others to achieve common objectives

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide basic information to clients and the public
  • The candidates should be able to obtain and process information required for customer service, schedule and confirm appointments, and receive and issue payments
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages, and perform receptionist duties efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and respond to complaints of guests or difficult passengers
  • The candidates should be able to investigate consumer and trade complaints, resolve complaints and claims, and enter client information into databases
