Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced Banking Centre
  • The candidates should be able to operate as a Client Engagement Representative, serving as the first point of contact for most clients entering the banking centre
  • The candidates should be able to engage clients in conversation to understand their immediate needs and identify opportunities
  • The candidates should be able to use their knowledge of financial services products to assist clients with their day-to-day banking needs
  • The candidates should be able to introduce clients to the appropriate team member based on their identified needs
  • The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service by being proactive, approachable, and knowledgeable
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for clients within the banking centre
  • The candidates should be able to play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • The candidates should be able to engage in Client Engagement by helping clients manage their accounts and products
  • The candidates should be able to focus on each client experience and make every interaction meaningful
  • The candidates should be able to connect clients to the right CIBC team members who can help them reach their goals
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate Problem Solving skills by listening, asking questions, and putting themselves in the client’s shoes
  • The candidates should be able to act like owners by taking accountability for client issues and know when to collaborate with others to build better solutions together
