Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English, French Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience with hardware and operating systems Linux, and networking protocols

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be available to work non-standard hours, including weekends, holidays, and shift-based schedules, work effectively with teams to overcome challenges
• The candidates should have the ability to lift and move up to 50lb (23kg) of equipment and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over extended periods

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have experience diagnosing and troubleshooting operating systems, computer hardware, and server hardware
• The candidates should be able to communicate fluently in English and French to support client relationship management in the region
• The candidates should have at least four years of experience in maintenance and monitoring of server systems
• The candidates should have experience working within a data center or network operation center environment
• The candidates should have experience with Linux operating systems, experience in project management and leadership and experience collaborating and partnering with teams

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to deploy and operate new data center infrastructure across teams
• The candidates should be able to report issues and follow data center procedures to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment or infrastructure problems, applying necessary resources to resolve them
• The candidates should be able to maintain the security and integrity of data by tracking various forms of media and ensuring compliance with data security standards
• The candidates should be able to disassemble specific equipment that has reached its end-of-life through part replacement or maintenance within one or more teams
• The candidates should be able to repair, fix, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment, servers, machines, or infrastructure based on identified issues with multiple solutions independently
