Salary: $32.50 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Richmond Hill, ON
Work setting: Willing to relocate and Advertising, marketing and public relations agency
Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Own tools/equipment: Computer, Internet access, and Cellular phone

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to develop policies and supervise professional and support staff and students and administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas
  • The candidates should be able to perform administrative tasks and plan development projects and develop venture capital sources
  • The candidates should be able to respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities and conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers
  • The candidates should be able to develop social and economic profiles of an area to encourage industrial and commercial investment and conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
  • The candidates should be able to advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies and assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material and co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
  • The candidates should be able to gather, research, and prepare communications material and conduct analytical marketing studies and design market research questionnaires
  • The candidates should be able to develop marketing strategies
