Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures, coordinate activities with other work units or departments, and prepare and submit reports
• The candidates should be able to ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• The candidates should be able to recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, conduct performance reviews, coordinate, assign, and review work, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations
• The candidates should be able to follow up on issues with work orders, keep track of shipments, have knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations, maintain vehicle operator work records, record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses, and schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
