Salary: $15.00 to $25.00 hourly for 30 to 84 hours per week
Employment Type: Full time
Location: McAuley, MB
Shifts: Flexible Hours
Work setting: Rural area and willing to relocate
Work site environment: Candidates should work in beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots, corn farming, hay farming, livestock combination farming, oilseed (except soybean) farming and other grain farming
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work overtime, in fast-paced environment, under pressure, handle heavy loads and also pay attention to detail
- The candidate should be physically strong
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a flexible environment and also in an organized way
- The candidate should be a team player
- The candidate should have experience of equipment and machinery like Combine harvester, Farm truck, Haying equipment, Lift truck, Manure spreader, Planting equipment, Seed drill, Sprayer or duster, Swather, Tillage equipment and also Tractor
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to fertilize and spray crops and also harvest crops
- The candidate should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
