Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results, with prior banking experience considered an asset

  • The candidates should be able to engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients they are valued and connected to their communities
  • The candidates should be able to grow their network, deepen existing relationships, and work collaboratively to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities
  • The candidates should be able to become technology experts and share their knowledge by introducing clients to mobile banking applications
  • The candidates should be able to help clients better manage their banking needs through digital solutions
