Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of establishment, administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- The candidates should be able to co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services, assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- The candidates should be able to oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
