Cultus Lake Golf Club based in Cultus Lake, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Food and beverage server. Cultus Lake Golf Club offer a range of amenities, including a fully stocked pro shop, practice facilities, and a clubhouse with a restaurant and lounge, where golfers can unwind and enjoy delicious food and refreshing beverages after their rounds. Salary: $16.75 to $17.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 20 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system
Credentials: Serving It Right Certificate
Security and safety: Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and be physically demanding
- The candidates should be able to stand, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be client focus, organized, initiative, flexible, and reliable
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings, describe menu items including daily specials for customers
- The candidates should be able to enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, advise on menu selections, balance cash and record sales
- The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, describe and advise on wine selection
- The candidates should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- The candidates should be able to order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages, train staff, provide customer service
