Requirements:

Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of five years of retail management experience

  • The candidates should be able to manage labour scheduling and leverage Workforce Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity
  • The candidates should be able to ensure staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business
