Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience in product pricing is a valuable asset

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to create radically simple, accurate, effective, and compliant client communications. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including legal, compliance, corporate communications, and senior leaders, to obtain timely advice and approvals. Obtain sufficient knowledge of the underlying initiative or issue to ensure communications are of high quality
  • The candidates should be able to manage key priorities and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are kept current on the status of the communication strategy and artifacts. Facilitate timely feedback and review of all communications by product owners, partners, and leaders, recommending and obtaining approvals where they are required
  • The candidates should be able to track lessons learned from each regulatory and production issue, product launch, campaign/offer execution, DM campaign, and make recommendations for changes to be applied in the future to ensure ongoing continuous improvement
  • The candidates should be able to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and efficiencies where communications are unnecessarily delayed, reworked, and reprioritized, while also engaging key partners for their feedback
  • The candidates should be able to, as a single point of contact for product communications, develop subject matter expertise to effectively contribute to team discussions on communication strategy plans and execution
  • The candidates should be able to perform a coordination role while working closely with product owners to ensure business objectives are effectively translated into meaningful communications appropriate for, and tailored to, internal and external audiences. Fulfill the role of Record Retention Coordinator for internal and external communications
  • The candidates should be able to ensure client communications are accompanied by clear internal messaging and previewed with partner teams and leaders on a need-to-know basis. Establish and maintain key performance indicators that allow for ongoing measurement of, and continuous improvement to, product communications
