Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Grade 12 education
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of underground experience

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have basic common core modules for underground
• The candidates should be able to prioritize and organize deliveries and pick-ups to maximize efficiency

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to safely transport material as directed, including ore and waste and follow all safety policies, procedures, and legislation
• The candidates should be able to ensure material is delivered to proper destinations, such as ore and waste
• The candidates should be able to maintain a clean truck box by cleaning it daily and safely back haul roadbed for ramp maintenance
• The candidates should be able to report equipment location to the supervisor accurately and report loads of material moved accurately
• The candidates should be able to communicate with the dispatcher and other haul truck operators through radio communication while traveling the ramp
