Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have IT experience, with at least five (5) years in a leadership role

  • The candidates should have a proven track record of driving business growth through IT innovation
  • The candidates should have a strong understanding of IT trends, technologies, and best practices, possess excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • The candidates should be able to develop and manage budgets, prioritize projects, and allocate resources effectively
  • The candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to partner with Growth business leaders to scout the industry for disruptive technologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness at Kraft Heinz
  • The candidates should be able to actively manage a portfolio of approximately $20MM in Capex projects annually
  • The candidates should be able to ensure the health of all Growth applications by maintaining OS, applications, and other software at current versions and ensuring they are fit for purpose, build, optimize, and support all Growth IT integrations
  • The candidates should be able to lead the Growth IT Team of 15+ internal FTEs along with external consultants and systems integrators
  • The candidates should be able to develop and execute an IT strategy by collaborating with business leaders to align with growth objectives, business expansion, innovation, and R&D initiatives
