Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing conditions, and handle physically demanding tasks, demonstrating strength and endurance as required
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, maintaining focus and productivity throughout, and work under pressure, managing stress and maintaining performance even in challenging situations
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be client-focused, ensuring that customer needs are met with professionalism and attention, and have efficient interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication and interaction with others
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills, clearly and effectively conveying information, and be flexible, adapting to changing circumstances and requirements with ease
- The candidates should demonstrate initiative, proactively identifying and addressing issues or opportunities, and be organized, managing tasks and responsibilities in a structured and systematic manner
- The candidates should be a team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to inspect dining rooms and other food and beverage serving areas, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs and attend to seating arrangements for large groups
- The candidates should be able to greet customers and perform opening and closing activities
- The candidates should be able to receive customers’ reservations and assign tables, and receive payments from customers
