Shift: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Morning 10:00 to 22:00
Requirements:
Language: English or French
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 years to less than 2 years.
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate will be required to work by giving attention to detail.
- The candidate will be required to work under tight deadlines
- The candidate will be required to work under pressure.
- The candidate will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be required to address customers’ complaints or concerns.
- The candidate will be required to negotiate with clients for the use of facilities.
- The candidate will be required to implement marketing activities.
- The candidate will be required to establish work schedules.
- The candidate will be required to enforce policies and procedures.
- The candidate will be required to develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
- The candidate will be required to maintain budgetary responsibility worth $500,001 – $1,500,000.
- The candidate will be required to work on MS Excel.
- The candidate will be required to work on MS PowerPoint.
- The candidate will be required to work on MS Windows.
- The candidate will be required to work on MS Word.
- The candidate will be required to work on the Central reservation system (CRS)
- The candidate will be required to work in the MS Office.
- The candidate will be required to work on MS Outlook.
- The candidate will be required to supervise staff.
- The candidate will be required to work on front desk duties.
- The candidate will be required to conduct training sessions.
- The candidate will be required to arrange maintenance activities.
- The candidate will be required to oversee maintenance activities.
