Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 5 years or more
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
Electronic scheduler, Human resources software, Database software, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Internet
Applied Statistics and Mathematics Experience: Computer science
Area of Specialization: Labour relations, Human resources, Job analysis and evaluation, Compensation and benefits, Training and professional development, Wage analysis
Own Tools/Equipment: Computer, Printer, Internet access, Cellular phone

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • The candidate should be able to work with tight deadlines and handle large workload

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs also advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements
  • The candidate should be able to negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers also mediate labour disputes and grievances
  • The candidate should be able to research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales also administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs
  • The candidate should be able to coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs also research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes
  • The candidate should be able to hire, train and supervise staff also staff recruitment and selection
