Shifts: Day, Shift, Flexible Hours

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure
  • The candidates should handle repetitive tasks efficiently
  • The candidates should have attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and have excellent oral and written communication
  • The candidates should have a client focus, be flexible, demonstrate good judgment, and be organized
  • The candidates should be reliable team players

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applicants
  • The candidates should be able to advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, review candidate inventories, and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • The candidates should be able to recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, and notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers
  • The candidates should be able to advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate the termination of the employment process
  • The candidates should be able to determine eligibility for entitlements, arrange staff training, provide information or services such as employee assistance, counseling, and recognition programs, and supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties
