- The candidates should be able to lead and manage the application development and maintenance team for the Time and Attendance Management System and ensure the system’s reliability, performance, and scalability to support the growing needs of the organization
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and operations, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business
- The candidates should be able to manage the integration and maintenance of Dayforce as the primary Time and Attendance system, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability
- The candidates should be able to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- The candidates should be able to conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- The candidates should be able to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the system remains competitive and aligned with best practices
- The candidates should be able to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, updates, and user guides
- The candidates should be able to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data privacy and security requirements
- The candidates should be able to coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed to support system maintenance and enhancements and provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, system performance, and team achievements
