Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering
Experience: Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant engineering experience
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have mandatory experience with SolidWorks, experience with manufacturing or farm equipment
- The candidates should be creative and energetic problem solvers, strong planning and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials, and conferring with equipment vendors and operators
- The candidates should be able to develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment, and collaborating with equipment vendors
- The candidates should be able to improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout, assure product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished products and process capabilities, establishing standards, and confirming manufacturing processes
- The candidates should be able to provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs, reviewing production schedules, and estimating future requirements, prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- The candidates should be able to provide manufacturing engineering information by responding to inquiries and requests, maintain product and company reputation by ensuring compliance with government regulations
- The candidates should be able to keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services, following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures, and requesting special service
- The candidates should be able to maintain product and process databases by writing computer programs and entering data, complete design and development projects by training and guiding technicians
- The candidates should be able to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies, contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks
