Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of a High School diploma
Experience: Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of handling projects and stretch assignments, take ownership of the facility location
- The candidates should have the ability to lead the team in meetings, projects, and other initiatives
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have or GED, possess certification from at least one manufacturer or government agency, or have equivalent work experience where certification
- The candidates should demonstrate leadership qualities, provide peer-to-peer technical support, effective communication skills
- The candidates should require little to no direct supervision, provide advice and guidance to less experienced personnel
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to respond to work orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- The candidates should be able to manage and order parts inventory for their truck,  replace ‘plug and play’ equipment, schedule and prioritize duties and work assignments daily
- The candidates should be able to complete required reports and paperwork daily to track time and materials usage, inspect equipment to determine if servicing or further action
- The candidates should be able to read, interpret, and follow procedures described in service manuals per manufacturer guidelines
- The candidates should be able to calibrate pumps, dispensers, and other equipment in accordance with legal standards
- The candidates should be able to recommend when an outside contractor is required for maintenance issues, provide training to less experienced technicians
- The candidates should be able to complete other duties, including special projects, as assigned by management
- The candidates should be able to comply with and follow all safety regulations and protocols
