Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Area of specialization: Correspondence, Reports and records, Contracts, Invoices, Charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams, and Project management
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office

- The candidates should be able to supervise other workers and establish policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to train other workers, direct, and motivate staff
- The candidates should be able to assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs.
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, plan recruitment strategies
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts.
- The candidates should be able to manage training and development strategies, answer telephone calls and relay messages
- The candidates should be able to oversee the analysis of employee data, answer electronic enquiries
- The candidates should be able to oversee the development of communication strategies, compile data and statistics
- The candidates should be able to oversee the preparation of reports, advise senior management
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, negotiate collective agreements, oversee payroll administration
