Salary: $25.10 hourly for 35 hours per week

Location: Mississauga, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, and electronic mail

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently, especially when faced with tight deadlines
  • The candidates should have a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in their work, even when tasks are repetitive

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion, adhering to objectives.
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, streamlining operations for improved efficiency.
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, effectively managing calendars
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, relaying messages efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to respond to electronic inquiries and emails promptly
  • The candidates should be able to address employee questions and complaints, providing assistance and resolution
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintaining adequate inventory levels
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet organizational goals
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents accurately
