Requirements:

Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be reliable.
  • The candidate should be organized.
  • The candidate should be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada.
  • The candidate should have a valid Canadian work permit.
  • If the candidate is not authorized to work in Canada, then one should not apply. The employer will not respond to the application.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be required to carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
  • The candidate will be required to oversee office administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to review new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to evaluate new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to implement new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to assemble data.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare periodic reports.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare special reports.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare manuals.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare correspondence.
  • The candidate will be required to establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • The candidate will be required to have knowledge of MS Word.
  • The candidate will be required to have knowledge of MS Office
  • The candidate will be required to have knowledge of MS Excel
  • The candidate will be required to coordinate on accommodation.
  • The candidate will be required to coordinate on equipment.
  • The candidate will be required to coordinate on supplies and forms.
  • The candidate will be required to coordinate on disposal of assets.
  • The candidate will be required to coordinate on relocation.
  • The candidate will be required to coordinate and plan for office services such as parking, maintenance and security services.
