Requirements:

Language: English.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: The candidate must have experience of one year to less than two years.

Physical Requirements: 

  • The candidate should have the ability to establish work priorities.
  • The candidate will be required to ensure procedures are followed.
  • The candidate will be required to ensure deadlines are met.

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be reliable.
  • The candidate should be organized.
  • The candidate should have excellent oral communication.
  • The candidate should have the ability to supervise five to ten people.
  • The candidate should have the ability to delegate work to office support staff.
  • The candidate will be required to have knowledge of MS office.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be required to carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
  • The candidate will be required to oversee office administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to review new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to evaluate new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to implement new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to assemble data.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare periodic reports.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare special reports.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare manuals.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare correspondence.
