Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed a 1-year certificate in Business Administration with a strong emphasis on financial analysis and reporting
Experience: Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in the relevant field

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide administrative support, including creating, updating, maintaining, and filing records, and creating and maintaining documents and spreadsheets
- The candidates should be able to schedule meetings, create agendas, and document minutes and build customized queries, run, compile, and distribute reports from various databases
- The candidates should be able to open, re-direct, distribute, update, and close Service Requests (SRs), including linking SRs with 311, and create and process Work Orders and Purchase Orders
- The candidates should be able to create, reconcile, and process financial transactions accounts payable), including verifying, correcting, and entering invoices, coding transactions, and following up with staff in Supply Management and contractors to ensure payment and develop, update, and maintain the Project Intake process
- The candidates should be able to maintain and monitor templates for all project deliverables, including consolidating time tracking for all projects, status reports, monitoring change requests, assisting in general project planning, and flagging action items and issues for the Project Managers (PMs)
- The candidates should be able to administer the SharePoint Site (access administration, keeping the site up to date, and ensuring naming conventions are followed) and assist PMs with flagging action items and issue action lists, as well as assisting the PMs in decision and risk follow-up
- The candidates should be able to conduct Project Management Quality Assurance audits (PMQA), assist PMs with Corporate Project Management Framework (CPMF) documents, and coordinate project status reporting and content
