HEART TO HEART HOME CARE SERVICES LTD. is a non-medical home care agency that provides one-on-one home care services tailored to best meet your needs. This includes short-term care such as assisting you or your loved one after a hospital discharge as well as long-term solutions for those who require continuous care and support. We provide home care to be a privilege, and we believe that dignity and respect will always be at the center of our efforts. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $27.00 hourly for 40 hours per 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment – Full time
Location: Delta, BC
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should administer bedside and personal care, administer medications.
- The candidate should assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk.
- The candidate should launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, provide personal care, prepare and serve nutritious meals.
