Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to zone the department to maintain an organized and customer-friendly shopping environment
- The candidates should be able to rotate stock and check for expired products to ensure product freshness
- The candidates should be able to ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced according to company guidelines
- The candidates should be able to adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates
- The candidates should be able to follow food safety and handling procedures, including sanitation and cleaning protocols
- The candidates should be able to follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups, markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling of products
- The candidates should be able to ensure the department is fully stocked and prepared for daily business operations
- The candidates should be able to follow Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment
- The candidates should be able to stock merchandise, pick and downstock products when applicable, apply product protection when required, and set and complete modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf caps
