Shifts: Morning
Work setting: Private sector, General office.

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Hindi, Punjabi
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Windows, MS Office, Social media

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be adept at managing tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should have attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people, provide basic information, and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should obtain and process information, order office supplies, record and relay information, and perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting mail
  • The candidates should schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, maintain work records and logs, receive and issue payments, answer the telephone, relay calls and messages, calculate billing charges, and provide customer service
