Salary: $20.50 to $20.60 hourly, for 30 to 40 hours per week.

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Work Setting: Retail Business
Workers Supervised: Retail salespersons and sales clerks, Cashiers

Requirements:

Languages: English
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work under pressure
  • The candidate should be able to work under pressure
  • The candidate should be able to pay attention to details

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills
  • The candidate should be a team player
  • The candidate should work with keeping the focus on the client

  • The candidate should be able to supervise around 1-2 people

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to sell merchandise
  • The candidate should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • The candidate should be able to authorize payments by cheque
  • The candidate should be able to authorize a return of merchandise
  • The candidate should be able to assign sales workers to duties
  • The candidate should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
  • The candidate should be able to supervise and coordinate the activities of workers
  • The candidate should be able to organize and maintain inventory
