Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 yearsÂ
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills and be organized, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively and manage tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be team players with good time management skills, ensuring productivity and meeting deadlines effectively
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews and work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
- The candidates should be able to determine strategic planning related to new product lines and establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
- The candidates should be able to lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients, manage negotiations of sales contracts, and organize regional and divisional sales operations
- The candidates should be able to plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in various establishments, assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, and lead or instruct groups
