Work setting: Urban area, retail business, and wholesale establishment/store
Supervision: 3-4 people, cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, be able to work under pressure, and adept at managing tight deadlines
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads as part of their job responsibilities and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in their work

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train staff, and authorize the return of merchandise
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules, sell merchandise, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, resolve problems such as customer complaints and supply shortages, and supervise and coordinate activities of workers
