Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s degree in design
Experience: Candidates should have 6+ years of experience as a Digital Product Designer or UX Designer

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be team players with the ability to work closely with diverse groups and working styles
• The candidates should be autonomous and self-starters able to effectively self-manage priorities and embrace an ever-changing environment

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have experience designing and launching complex digital experiences, including web apps and mobile apps
• The candidates should have 2+ years of experience with at least one type of Agile process SCRUM and SAFe
• The candidates should have or equivalent work experience launching digital products and expertise in design thinking and human-centered design methodologies
• The candidates should have a deep understanding of inclusive design principles and a commitment to creating accessible experiences
• The candidates should be proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD and Figma and experience in the airline, loyalty, or travel industry and experience designing business applications
• The candidates should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to demonstrate technical and business fluency

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences across digital channel products
• The candidates should be able to create user-centered designs by considering user feedback, usage data, user research, technical constraints, opportunities, and business value
• The candidates should be able to interpret usability testing, user research, and analytics to uncover insights, identify gaps, and inform product roadmaps
• The candidates should be able to facilitate and participate in the discovery and planning of new products and features, driving the design vision across digital channels
• The candidates should be able to communicate complex design solutions by creating process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• The candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge of the end-to-end iterative product design process (discovery, definition, development, and delivery)
• The candidates should be able to articulate the “why” behind their designs and rally support for solutions that delight customers and drive business growth
• The candidates should be able to exhibit expertise in one or more of the following skills: design thinking, user research, design systems, and product strategy
• The candidates should be able to show strong leadership abilities to lead Product Design projects independently and to lead and coach Product Design colleagues to elevate the overall team’s skill set
