Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Languages (English, French, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin)
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as high school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be passionate about reaching new heights, teamwork and making a meaningful contribution
  • The candidate should be an enthusiastic individuals to join the diverse and vibrant team working together to lead the growth and expansion of Canada’s flag carrier
  • The candidate should have a strong customer service background and also have a strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • The candidate should be available to work a variety of day, evening and overnight shifts, as well as, weekends and statutory holidays and also have a strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • The candidate should have good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills and also have strong time-management skills and an ability to work autonomously
  • The candidate should have an ability to adapt, to not only new procedures and policies, but new technology
  • The candidate should be eligible to work in the country of interest, at the time any offer of employment is made and seeking any required work permits/visas or other authorizations which may be required is the sole responsibly of the candidates applying for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to anticipate and identify customer’s needs and also go above and beyond searching for ways to retain customers
  • The candidate should be able to respond with compassion and care to customer’s complaints and inquiries by phone and email even under difficult circumstances and also evaluate a customer’s complaint and complete the necessary research in order to appropriately respond to the customer
  • The candidate should be able to provide feedback to leads, management, or internal customers in order to promote a continual improvement of Air Canada’s customer service delivery and also perform other associated duties as required
