Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in retail media or performance marketing for a major retailer, e-commerce company, or digital agency

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Google Search Ads 360, or the Criteo Retail Media platform
  • The candidates should have experience managing large-budget search/PPC campaigns, progressive leadership experience in either program management or people management
  • The candidates should have a growth mindset with strong communication and analytical skills, including the ability to tell compelling stories using data

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to oversee large budgets in partner media spending with Best Buy Ads
  • The candidates should be able to lead a small but growing team of sponsored products specialists who sell, launch, and optimize campaigns for brands and sellers
  • The candidates should be able to act as the in-house expert on Criteo, managing the partnership by collaborating on platform and program development, sales, ad operations, technology, and budget management
  • The candidates should be able to develop initiatives to increase sponsored products adoption and investment
  • The candidates should be able to launch and grow complementary cost-per-click advertising programs
  • The candidates should be able to directly manage large campaigns and support the account management teams with training, campaign pitches, and reviews
