Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of hold a Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field

- The candidates should have teaching experience at the post-secondary level or equivalent experience as a trainer in the industry and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The candidates should be committed to excellence in teaching and learning and demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team environment
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to deliver course curriculum in-class and online, aligning with established objectives, pedagogical approaches, and evaluation policies
- The candidates should be able to set clear expectations for students, provide academic support, and collaborate with CAPS Leadership, Support Staff, and Sheridan Student Services
- The candidates should be able to design active learning strategies, update Learning Management System (SLATE) course sites, and utilize available resources to enhance teaching practices
- The candidates should be able to evaluate student progress objectively, provide constructive feedback, and ensure timely entry of grades into the Learning Management System and official records
- The candidates should be able to attend CAPS and CE Instructor meetings, complete mandatory training, and adhere to all Sheridan Policies and Procedures
